Vietnam is nice,maybe pop into Cambodia,laos and Thailand as well if you have spare time
My sis is in Cebu at the moment,she isn't impressed with the city

I understand, Its just I feel more safe in Cebu City, Than manila which is really scary. I hope your sister are having a great time in Cebu City. We are going to try to Visit other part of Asia the end of this year. I Think i would like Vietnam I like their healthy food.
