    Smart Cookie!

    There had been a fight in a biscuit tin. It seems a bloke called Rocky hit a Penguin on the head with a Club ... then tied him to a Wagon Wheel with a Blue Ribbon ... before making his Breakaway in a Taxi.

    Cops say, Rocky was sighted just After Eight in Maryland with some Ginger Nut - known to *police as Rich T.

    ... 'fraid though,*they didn't have a Crumb of evidence ... ... so the Jammie Dodger managed to get away with it!
