Buying property in Philippines
Hi there, I've been a British citizen since 2017. As a natural born Filipina I'm confused as to wether I'm able to buy a house and lot in the Philippines. We are looking to retire in 10 years time and want to purchase a new house n lot in a new subdivision. Any help would be gratefully received.

As a former Filipino, yes, you are allowed to buy a property in the Philippines. Take note though that property size will be limited. If you are a dual citizen, meaning both British and Filipino citizens, you can own any properties without restrictions, just like the same rights as a full Filipino citizen.
