Family Visit Visa
Hello everyone.
I am new here.
I would like to ask what are the requirements going to UK?
My mother is already british citizen.
Me and my two sisters are already here in Qatar and started working here in Qatar last two months.
Do we really need to provide for the bank statements?
What if we don't have?because we just started working.
Hope you could help me.
THANKS TO ALL.

This is one of the requirements:
enough money to support yourself during your trip, eg bank statements or payslips for the last 6 months
Question:
What if I don't have bank statement? or payslip?
Is it not allowed that you just have a cash?

Is says in the requirements that I need to show bank statements.
What if I dont have bank account? Because I'm just new here in Qatar and just started working.

You or whoever will sponsor you need to show that you can afford your trip and accommodation. You can't just show the cash you have at hand and submit the actual money with your application. That's not how the application process is. You need valid papers like bank statements and payslips to prove you do have that cash. If you don't have the requirements that UKVI is asking, it will only fall in a refusal.

I see.. I need to wait 6 months to one year so that I can have the requirements like payslips/bank statement even though my mom can support me during my trip there..
Thank you for replying.
I appreciate you.

If your mother is already a British citizen could you not provide her bank details and say that she will support your visit financially? She could be your sponsor?

My mother is already a British Citizen. She can provide all the requirements needed. But I can't provide all the requirements like bank statements/payslip because I am just new here in Qatar.
Me, my 2 sisters and my mother came here last December 10, 2014. But last December 31, 2014, she went back to UK.
Me and my two sisters are now working here in Qatar.

My mother will be my sponsor but as stated on the requirements, me as a visitor will need to provide those bank statements/payslips etc.
By the way, thanks for replying.

There are no mandatory requirements for you to provide any bank statements or payslips.
I've sponsored many family members who have had no job and no bank account yet were still granted a visa.
There are two key requirements:-
1. That the ECO believes you have stronger reasons to return home before visa expiry than overstay in UK
2. That there are sufficient funds to cover all aspects of the visit, whether by family, friends, yourself or any combination.
There are no mandatory requirements or monetary thresholds in connections with the application.
There are however examples of the type of documentary evidence that could be used.
With you mother as sponsor she would need to prepare a supporting letter outling the accommodation available for you, documentary evidence of sufficient financial funding and reasons for wanting the visit at the specific time.
Hope this will guide you.
On your part you need to show your employment contract/details, confirmation of your income details and a statement that your employer give permission for you to visit your mother in UK and when they need you to return to your Job.
Your employer should also confirm your job position and the length of employment service to date.

Best of luck on your application Jhoe.
As your mother is already here & is a UK citizen , I shouldn't imagine it would be too difficult to get a visitors visa.
If applicable , a letter from your employer in Qatar confirming that the job would still be yours when you return would be really helpful in convincing the immigration authorities that you intended to go back to Qatar after the vacation.

I see.. but I don't know if my company can give me a letter of letting me to go on a vacation because I'm just new here in their company, I'll be 3 months here on April 8.
