Someone came round from the barangay office the other day taking names and id of senior citizens the form asked if I want the vaccine, I said I don't know cos I hear the Philippines is getting the most unreliable vaccine, so it was suggested to leave that question blank

Told that "front-liners" in Tacloban are being offered the vaccine, but they are unhappy that it might be the Chinese version.

My response: Become a "front-liner".
