NZ Premier Denounces *Barong As Being "A Silly Shirt"
Although I've posted this article under the "Things To Do In The Philippines", Section ... ... I would've consigned it to "Things NOT To Do [Or Say] in the Philippines" ... were such a Category available.
At just 37 years of age, New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Arden could be said to be comparatively young to've attained the highest government position in her home country. But, ... she's surely old enough to know better than to criticise the host nation's customary *business attire - not to mention the President himself - while attending the recent Asian Summit in Manila.
