Stigma Attached To Mental Illness Within South Asian Communities
Former England cricketer, Monty Panesar - who was released by Essex C C in 2015 - admits he'd been "struggling to cope" with mental health problems ... and has since candidly revealed how these issues are regarded as 'taboo and shameful' among South Asian cultures.
