fiance to spouse visa
hi all,
If my fiance comes over from the Philippines on a fiance visa what happens then about staying forever? Does he have to go back to the Philippines to apply or can he apply from the UK?
I'm a bit confused about that ( a permanent state of mind for me these days!), I've seen FLR bandies about but can't find any reference to it on the governement websites. I'm assuming that means further leave to remain.... but I could be totally wrong.
I tried the search option but didn't come up with any answers.
Thanks everyone
Kerry

If he comes on a fiancee visa, you will have to be married within the six months, and apply for FLR before expiry.
But I leave the explanations to the more Knowledgeable.

Happy sailings...........
