Studying in UK
Hi. I'm a new member in this forum. Hello to all. I'm on the process of completing my application and requirements for studying in UK (London, England). However I've just recently known about this authentication/ Red Ribbon Certification given by Malacañang/DFA. I just want to ask if it's really necessary to get one for my TOR, Diplomas and other supporting documents before my application as a student can be granted? It seems that it will take another horrendous amount of time for the processing. I need to send my applications immediately since my sponsors have been rushing me to send them so I can be register and will be able to apply for my student visa.
Thank you so much and I hope anyone can answer my question.
