    Need help here

    Hi,

I'm currently working here in the Philippines as an engineer. I tried to apply for a position in the UK. The company's HR Business partner replied to my application and said that the company is unable to sponsor a work permit for the position I applied for but if I'm eligible to work in the UK on any other basis, he will progress my application. Please give me advice on how to deal with this situation. I really want the position.

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

    Big thanks!

But I have a problem with HSMP. I'm only 21 yrs old and my salary is not enough to get 75 points. I have some relatives in EU but not in UK. Do you think that could help me?

looks like the only way is a workpermit, and they're not easy to get as you're behind the brits and the europeans in the queue

and no unless they're your parents, and seeing your 21yrs old, your not classed as a dependant by european law
