Seventh F1 Title This Year For Sports Personality, Hamilton

And so the debate continues as to whether he's now the greatest Formula 1 driver of ALL time, after winning the Sports Personality Of The Year Award ... having already surpassed Michael Schumacher's record of pole positions.

Well he's probably done more to boost his country's standing than many of the stuffed shirt civil servants and a few celebs I can think of.

Not so sure he deserves a knighthood though.
I would say he is the best driver around and had the best temperament.

He does have the best car and best equitment as George Russell showed when Hamilton had covid, he would have won the race if his pit crew had not made a monumental error with mixing tyres up.
Also show how average Bottas is.

I think a brisk drive out with any of them would be a pretty hair-raising experience.
