    I have been busy climbing up 4" thick bamboo and cutting/sawing the stuff down this past few days. That, and taking my boy to nursery school on my pushbike are keeping me fit .

    68 next month !

    Then again, my mum is 92, and still fit as a fiddle.

    oh im still working with all the energy, but it don't stop the aches and pains after, or maybe i just notice it more
