Pinoy Travelling on British Passport to Philippines and Staying 6 weeks need visa / visa extension?
My wife's going back to the Philippines to visit family, she is going to in the Philippines for 6 weeks and she's travelling on her British passport.......... will she need to get a visa extension because of her length of stay. Or, as a Filipino travelling on a British Passport (she's dual citizen) does she get Balikbayen privileges i.e. no need for her to have a visa / extend the visa whilst in the Philippines?

If she has dual citizenship (British and Filipino), she can to show both her passports to the immigration officer. Although, being a former Filipino, the immigration officer should give her a one year stay visa and be classed as Balikbayan.
