Pooten Forwarding International Ltd:
Just received my 3 balikbayan boxes this afternoon, (here in the Philippines) from Pootens.
Very late, (said they couldn't find us the first time they tried to deliver.... which was absolute pathetic nonsense, considering the driver had a map, directions and phone numbers, and was 200 yards from our house, where we are well-known). All boxes crushed, battered, partly open. Damp.
Zero communication from them, or even the courtesy of answers to emails and texts.
Disgraceful.
I do not recommend them at all... no matter what the experiences of others have been.

Nice to hear from you Peter. I hope you and your family are healthy and happy.
Oh, but sorry you suffered the same sort of experience.
The good news is that, because I'm a bit of an 'H and S' nut, and with little confidence in the chances of others having any respect for my belongings, I made sure that those boxes were lined with MDF, plus the contents carefully wrapped, and further contained in sealed plastic or metal boxes !
Not one item was damaged or missing... no thanks to the shippers !

Like Terpe have always found LBC reliable .
Just sent 3 boxes this week for Christmas and got a £10 discount on each box.
