Cant go wrong for that price!! Good value IMO... I wonder what "Semi furnished" means?
Also..Nice to know how much the deposit and minimum contract to stay is? 6 months? A year?

Not sure. Would have been even better if they had made that swimming pool in the garden.

Now that really is a cool place.
The rental is not bad at all. I'd say about average for a nice place.
It all depends on where you want to live.
I once found a fantastic place in Benguet for P25k with everything you could dream of including pool with sauna. It was 30 minutes from the nearest convenience store and an hour from an SM store. Which my wife wasn't keen on.
But OMG what a place that was !!
Anyone with P20k-P35k to spare on a rental property could get a dream place in a quiet area away from the city.
