ILR - Financial requirement
Hi everyone
I will be applying for an ILR in a few months time and just wondered if you can confirm that I am understanding the financial category correctly.
1. My income is just short of what the Home Office considers as adequate maintenance. Can you confirm that I can use savings as an additional requirement provided that funds have been in my account for 6 months?
2. Also, if the above is sufficient, I can just rely on my income and savings as way of satisfying the financial requirement and won't have have to submit any evidence of my husband’s income, work, etc?
I would be grateful for your comments.
Many thanks.
