Hi RaynaIf it's just a short visit, then I don't see any problem with it. There's really no residential requirements for ILR, only in British Citizenship. She's allowed to have holidays overseas. Is she getting an ILR at the end of the year? As long as it's not more than 180 days (or 6 months), I'm sure it's fine.
