Today I received an email stating that our boy's British passport has been printed, and is on its way... after more than a year. Thank god.

Well done mate, might need to know how you go about getting it, the passport I mean, not the son

Well done nice Christmas present
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

Cheers folks... will open the champers when I actually have the 'document' in my hands.
The courier may feel free to knock my door in the middle of the night for all I care.
Just gimme !

The best news Graham, a long wait, but worth it in the end, he will always thank you for your patience and persistence in getting it issued. Happy Christmas Geoffrey.

Not so complicated for them to process, it's just incompetence that holds up most processing in my opinion. My third child's took 6 months. My first son was 4 weeks, my daughter 6 weeks and under the new 'in house' (moving everything back to the UK and Bangkok) my little one 6 months. The new system really works well right!!!
