Egypt uncovers chamber of mummies

It's amazing when you read about discoveries around the world of long lost civilizations, and it must be truly amazing to go and see these too.
But it does make you wonder if it is a genuine discovery or was it placed there for the tourist that they seem to want to come to visit and contribute to the economy?

I went into one of the pyramids of Giza years ago,incredible place,and saw the death mask of Tutankhamun in the museum in cairo and loads of mummified bits and bobs,they even had a mummified cat

We have a mummified cat in Derby museum too.
