    Easyjet Easycash

Well just like London buses, as soon as one comes another one follows.
Surely these people have travel insurance.

Hopefully they do! But presumably this couple had been issued with their boarding passes at the *check-in desk ... *where you'd expect any booking anomalies concerning seat reservations to have come to light.

And that being the case, ... any such discrepancies ought to have been dealt with ahead of the couple being allowed to board the plane.

So WHY on earth (pardon the pun!) should intending passengers whose holidays + travel arrangements have been paid for in good faith through a reputable Touring Company need to face the hassle involved in claiming off their travel insurance ... when the fault lies with the 'Easyjet' ground staff?
