Bed early and then your awake early

Last night i was in bed early and yes at 4am i was awake wondering whether to get up or try to sleep. and yes after what seemed like hours i got up at 4.20am.
Looks like it is going to be a long day today.
I will stay up till after 10pm tonight i can assure you.

I normally go to bed around 10 pm, and despite being retired am up around 4am, I do not like laying in bed once awake!
But of course I do live alone, no one to turn to and cuddle
