    Cool Sleep

... do we - as human beings - take it seriously enough?

    And, ARE we getting enough?

Well ... ... most of our forum regulars already know I don't. But anyway, here is a link to an intriguing extract from BBC Radio 3's 'Free Thinking Festival' I came across ... which relates to this very subject:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/arti..._contentcard16 So, , please. Because painstakingly typing out such a lengthy link damn near had even an insomniac like me dozing off ...!

Monday to Friday I sleep from around 10pm until 4.30am

Weekends I'm in bed around 10.30pm and up at around 7am.

When did I become old? I think it's when I got married and had a Daughter.
Three years ago I was going to bed at 2am and getting up around 10.30am

....................................... 's what my mum used to tell me also, Michael ... even though I'm afraid I rarely took much heed, .
