Hello guys good day,i need some clarification from you experts here.my FLR will expire in September this year,im on 5 years route so im thinking 28 days will still apply for my ILR,am i right? my 5th year here will be September, if im successful with my ILR can i apply for citizenship immediately this year?thank you so much

Yes, you're correct about the 28 days.
Under old rules, it used to be necessary to wait for a further year to elapse - after being granted Indefinite Leave to Remain - prior to applying for citizenship.
Under current legislation, however, the waiting period has since been waived ... meaning it's now permissible to apply for naturalisation at ANY stage once you've cleared ILR.
