Hardly fair of the you used to lump on an extra £250 to the [doubtless] extortionate fare you'd already paid for your return flight, Graham. ... especially if it wasn't your fault you missed the plane. !

Singapore Airlines, on the other hand ... ... didn't charge me a bean for changing my flights three times while waiting on Myrna's *visa in the [vain] hope *it would arrive before I finally left Davao International Airport for home - from the Philippiness - back in early 2009.
