Visa Problems
Hello guys
I have been quiet for months as I have been busy with work and dealing with my visa applications. My marriage has broken down and I applied an ILR on the grounds of domestic violence which was refused, I then applied for an administrative review and was refused again as they said I haven't provided enough evidence being a victim of DV. I have spoken to my solicitor and we are going to submit another visa application. My problem is, now that they have curtailed my visa, and we are going to submit new application, am I still allowed to work?
I appreciate if you could give me your inputs please. Thank you
