    Bargains

Just had a quick look on Skyscanner and it would appear that Air China have some great deals at the moment.
The trick is to select 'whole month' for both departure and return and it'll give you a day by day price, so for example I managed to get a return to Manila for £365 with decent flight times as well 19h10 there and 18h15 back with one stop in Peking.

Yeah, they are the cheapest by far, and the waiting times are bearable.

I deal with China southern outbound flight at Heathrow. It's 50/50 if it gets delayed and at least once a month it goes technical, which basically means the flight is cancelled or very delayed.

I would only fly with them if the price was right and I was in no hurry to get anywhere.

I did that route on my last trip and I didn't really enjoy changing twice but for £282 it's kinda tempting. I'm thinking of going in February too. Was this off Skyscanner Andy?

Beijing, Simon, Beijing! Cities are no longer allowed to be named after ducks. That's why Bombay changed to Mumbai.

I was deliberating to go with these lot last time out for £320 - but the arrival time in Manila was 1am. Wasn't keen.

Still uses the international airport code PEK, hence my mistake. Although Bombay Duck is actually a fish
