Application for spouse visa
Hi everyone,
We just got married here in Philippines and we want to apply a settlement visa for my wife. But we are not sure we're to start the application? Can anybody help us about the guidelines please?
Cheers,
Scott

Hello Scott,
welcome aboard Filipina roses
As a first step you should make a careful review of the UKBA webpage called 'Apply to join family living permanently in the UK'
The link is here:-
https://www.gov.uk/join-family-in-uk/overview
There's quite a bit of detail to understand but the real keys are:-
Meeting the Financial Requirement (£18600 min for a partner - no children)
Meeting accomodation
Proving genuine relationship
English Language test
TB medical
If you have specific questions just fire away
