Calls For Mobile Phone Users to Be More Security Conscious
Former Security Minister, Baroness Neville-Jones expressed alarm at the number of folk using mobile phones in public, without due regard for their own safety - as well as that of others - in the event of a terrorist attack.

That is a horrific video, but equally it shows some appalling driving... and presumably mobiles being used while driving.
There really can be no excuse for mowing down a pedestrian (or cyclist) unless they literally leap out in front of you.... especially on a pedestrian crossing !
Be observant and drive according to the road conditions and speed limit !
