Evidence of ongoing self-employment through evidence of payment of Class 2 National Insurance
For self employed people, Class 2 National Insurance contributions are no longer collected by Direct Debit and are added to the overall tax bill. Being self employed it seems I can't meet the requirement, 'Evidence of ongoing self-employment through evidence of payment of Class 2 National Insurance Contributions,' for my wife's FLR(M) application.
This reminds me of the fiasco a few years back when self employed people had their visa applications refused as they had another requirement they couldn't meet (send audited accounts).
I hope this time round we're not refused because of this change to NI contributions.
