Another bad Experiance with Azimo
Hello all,
I initiated the Azimo transaction of 499 euros on 10th of April 2015 but Azimo cancelled the transaction. Azimo is not not returning back my money. The customer support seems to be of not much help also. I talked with my bank if they can get back my money, but they were also of not much help. Although they suggested me to go to police to report a fraud case.
any idea of what shall i do?
Thanks
johnyy

That's a long time ago.
Was your transaction made within UK ?
If yes then take a look at this forum thread:-

Have a solicitor send them a threating letter. It should cost around £50, and usually gets a result.
