I'll be sending an email to Theresa May later over this latest words not action stunt. There are some very simple soloutions to drastically reduce illegal immigration
1) Increase staff and funding of Border Force
2) Human and sniffer dog searches of all vehicles (inc cars) boarding trains or ferries - it will slow things up but so be it
3) Min 10 year jail sentence for any UK citizens aiding, abetting or harbouring illegals
4) Any boats stopped mid channel carrying illegals are sunk and their occupants returned to the European mainland (I'd rather them be machine gunned but that would be unacceptable to mthe limp wristers)
