Questions re spouse visa application online form

Hi.

Have started the online visa application.

I'm confused about the family details section.

It asks for my wife's mother and father "as stated in the passport or travel document"

My wife's passport doesn't have these details. Just her name and details.

So do we put her mother and father anyway?

Also she lost her previous passport and we don't remember the details like passport number so what should we put on the form.

Also on the sponsor details page it asks when did the sponsor arrive in the UK.

Is that my birth date as I'm British?

Seems a kinda daft question ... , though ... ... I'd suppose it's just the UKVI's way of checking to ensure the sponsor is already, in fact, a British citizen - and therefore qualified to act as guarantor for the applicant in the first place.

I'm a little confused about another part of the form.

On the Family details page it asks if I am travelling with my wife and I do hope to, but underneath it asks for current passport number and then nationality. It then asks for family name/surname (if you only have one name please enter it here and in the given name box). It then asks for Given name/forenames (If THEY only have one name, please enter it here and in the family name too.

Questions.

1) Current passport number/Nationality - is this for my details ?
2) it states "if you" on the surname but "if they" on the given name/forenames. Im not sure whose details to put there. Is it a typo error on the form and its my details ?

Please any help would be great.
