Immigration health surcharge + child passport

Applying spouse visa soon with set new rules I see now have to pay IHS do you pay this before applying spouse visa or it comes with the visa fees?

Also my daughter now got her passport but still living in Philippines so she won't be included in visa?

And do I need pay fee or get a stamp when she leaves Philippines once my wife visa granted?

    Thanks

No, you need to pay the IHS on this page ... Then you will get the Reference Number to submit with your visa application
