and guess what happened today, a parcel turned up this morning, with the spouse visa inside the passport.

Type of visa applied for: Spousal visa (settlement)
submitted online...............march 3rd
vfs/documents submitted...march 11th
passport submitted............march 23rd (Passport Pass back service used)
email from ukvi and vfs .....April 29th
passport with visa arrived...April 30th (50 days)
visa...........33 months
valid from 03/06/2015 to 03/03/2018

Congratulations you both. I just want to ask did your wife change or renew her passport into married name (under your name) or she used her maiden name.

When my wife applied for our 5 months old daughter's Filipina passport, she was advised that she should get a new passport in her married name, as she was getting a priority service, she changed it then.....
