    I also incurred the 'Tampo' syndrome when we first met, I just ignored it and got on with whatever else needed doing, after a while my manager realised things were not going to change so life soon returned to normal....

    Its just very childish behaviour for an adult to engage in
    They soon change their tune when they realize that this kind of behaviour does not work in their favour
    Its also a very good indicator of the personality of the individual also
