Unique selling point.
I have just been looking through farmland for sale adverts in mindanao,theres a few hectares for sale in cotabato where the owner has actually put "No NPA or rebel's locally" thats something you dont see on rightmove is it
its more fun in the philippines

I guess in the UK it would be non pc or illegal to state "no p1keys or pondlife locally"

I was at BCA yesterday next to Blackbushe,huge amount of do-as-you-likeys all very affluent

The lady from the council the other week told me that all the crims and Romanians are further down the road from my OAP bungalow. ...so not to worry.
