Workmen taking too long to a job to get more money
My house is getting plastered I am hiring 3 men to plaster the outside of our house 1 mixing 2 putting the plaster on and progress is so slow they only have one outside wall plaster on the bungalow I am getting built
Have anyone else encountered such problems with workers
I am very frustrated and am ready to tell them to get to F...

Work men here in the uk could finish a house in 4 to 6 days these guys doing the house could take a month

Yes you are right you should have agreed a fixed price for the job, go back and get this done is your best bet

Give them their cards and get a new crew on for a price instead of day rate,its hard when your not there to project manage yourself,your going to save yourself money in the long run.
