Advice for Tier 2 partner dependent visa process
I just got recently a Tier 2 general visa .Me and my partner decided to get married first so that he can come with me to the uk via partner dependent visa. Is there a required length of being married before we can apply for his partner dependent visa? What are the additional documents aside from a marriage certificate? Is it possible for him to apply now so we can go together to uk or should i go first before he apply?

Have you reviewed the UKVI guidance on Family Members of Tier 2 (General)visa holders ?
Please look here
Your partner can choose to either accompany you to UK or join you at some later date.
Have you reviewed the UKVI application form ?
Your partner would need to make an online application, however just as an example of the application form details the here is a link to the Points Based System Form (VAF10 Dec 2012) Dependant
Hope that helps you to get started
