    Keeping the faith

Hi everyone. A newbie here. A newly married Filipina to an amazing British person. Just come across the site to view some people's views about the spouse visa application time frame this 2015. We have submitted my spouse visa application this 2nd of January here in Manila with hubby and still waiting for the result.
Hoping and praying for a visa so we could be together again and move forward with our married life.x

This forum definitely helps many of us. My husband found this one 2.5 years ago whilst processing my fiancée visa.

I bet it did really help a lot of people. It's a shame, i just stumbled on the site a couple of days ago. We have submitted our application in January. We did all the research and compiling of everything with the help of my solicitor back when I was there. I was originally looking for forums about the time frame of the application. This waiting game feels like it has been forever. But all good. Don't mind waiting as long as we have a visa in the end.

Thank you Anne and Terpe for sharing the link. 10 weeks today. Oh dear, just the thought of it makes me a bit nervous. Crossing all body parts that can be crossed for a positive result.

I feel for you. Entry clearance applications are, indeed, nerve wracking.

Yes, so do I ... even though it's been a while since my wife applied (more than 6 years now) - when the procedure was a whole lot less complex - I can still recall the experience very clearly.

    Godspeed with yours!

Thanks Anne and Arthur. We'll get there. It might be a very slow process of being back together and just get on with our normal married life like any other couple but all good, as long as in the end I'd be with hubby. Really praying for a positive outcome.
