We have this internet problem with PLDT in Phil

    Paano po ba eto?

Tied up po kami sa contract with PLDT yung Fibr connection nila. But then after a month of no issues at all, it started to get crazy. Now 4 months na po putol2x yung connection. We wanted to cut it off but yung nga blema yung contract. Di ba pwede i-cancel yung contract if customers are not satisfied?

Yung technician ilang ulit na nagpupunta sa bahay namin.

    Help po.

    Thank you.

If you would speak in English, the members here might be able to help you.

Also, I'm not sure why you posted that problem here. We're a forum about Filipino and British relationships.

I would hesitate to trust first posts like that.
Smells rather too much of trolling

I've learned my lesson..Never sign a contract here with a communications company..ANY OF THEM.
We cant help you..No one can.
Keep hassling "Customer service", get frustrated with them and wait patiently for a year until you are released.

    Been there, done that!
