CEBU CITY – An off-duty policeman arrested a Nigerian national for forcing him to kiss the foreigner’s sex organ inside a mall’s toilet.
Inspector Eugene Teves, 52, admitted that he had kissed, for the first time, a man’s sex organ after Nigerian Kognili Isial, 30, suddenly grabbed his head, pushing his face towards his open jeans while urinating in a mall’s toilet.

... *that must've been difficult!

Teves narrated that he went inside the toilet of the Ayala Center Mall to urinate and did not notice anything unusual when Isial arrived.

They were urinating beside each other when the Nigerian suddenly said:

... "Ooh ... it's Eu Gene!"

and committed the obscene act on him.
