Hi Dedworth and thank you. My wife took the international English Language testing system or IELTS for short in the Phillippines and passed with an overall Band score of 5. I need to find out if/when we apply for Further Leave to remain at Croydon, London or if she is required to take a new English Test here in UK.
Thanks,
Paul

Hello PaulJani, welcome aboard Filipino UK
Having just arrived your wife needs 30 months residence here before FLR(M).
Applications may be submitted 28 days prior to the 30 month residence anniversary.
There's potentially a lot of changes could happen with immigration rules between now and then but I doubt she'll need another English Language test.
If she could make time to prepare and pass the Life in UK test that would help. It's not needed for FLR but it is needed for ILR and better to clear that hurdle whilst she has time available than to be under time pressures at a later date.
I'd suggest you review the current FLR(M) application form to help prepare for those documentations that need you need to begin collecting.
Congratulations to you both on the news about the baby
