Hello Crissy,
Welcome aboard Filipino UK
Concerning the visa as a first step in reviewing the forms and documentation take a look at the UKVI webpage - Apply to join family living permanently in the UK
Take a look at the application form details here - Application for UK visa for family settlement: form VAF4A then ask any specific questions you may have in connection with your own circumstances.
If you haven't already searched here in the forum look here to get some additional background info - How to apply for a spouse visa

When it comes to getting married in the Philippines the first step is to review the British Embassy publication called:-
Marriage in the Philippines
Also take a look at this forum thread:-

Alternatively Hong Kong
Crissy are you saying there are no slots available as all are already booked or is it because the system doesn't book that far ahead ?
Seems very odd that you're unable to book a short slot so far in advance.
Although, to be honest, I haven't checked their system for quite a while.

Crissy,
Have you tried sending an email request to:
Manila.ConsAppointment@fco.gov.uk
Explain you're unable to book a slot and formally ask for an appointment.
Give date and time you want plus a few other alternative
You should receive a reply within 5 working days.

Struggling to get an appointment at the Embassy in Manila
Thank you Guys for all of your reples. It is a big help for me all of your advice but I need to learn more.
I'm struggling to get an appointment at the Embassy in Manila to produce documents for our marriage.
We're looking for an appointment for the month we choose, we have tried ringing and emailing and had no response.
The online booking system will not allow us to book.
My fiance wants to book his leave from work well in advance as he spending a month in the Philippines, but until now, no reply and no answer for almost 2 weeks.
When I asked the office here in Cebu, they advised me that we don't need to go to Manila for an interview, then my fiance needs to apply for spousal visa in 6 months but he can't because of his work. Is it true?
Can you please help
Best Regards
Crissy
