One Lakeshore Drive
The first tower of the One Lakeshore Drive, which will rise in Megaworld's 11.2 hectare Davao Park District (DPD) in Lanang, Davao City, is expected to be completed by 2019.

Condo life is not for us.
Amazingly these huge condo projects are still very popular.

Last time in Davao we rented an apartment at One Oasis Condo Complex on EcoWest Drive. That was fine for a few weeks, but any longer and I was getting close to topping myself !

I've been interested about living for a few years but always keep hearing about some kind of 'Mafia' owning and controlling most of it.
Since first learning about these rumours my wife isn't keen for me being there.
