Immigration rules force North Devon woman and her Gambian husband to stay overseas
A NORTH Devon woman has been “exiled” from her own country and forced to live in Ireland after marrying her Gambian husband.
After finishing her exams, Daisy found out about the Surinder Singh route which allows a British citizen to exercise their treaty rights and, after working in an EU country for three months, they can return to the UK with their non-EU partner.

I think she'll be surprised to discover UKVI expect significantly longer than 3 months' stay.
