Daily Snail, 'newspaper of the decade', professional journalism at its best

I was tempted to do the same

I see Madeintheuk made a post

Well I suppose the brainwashed Snail readers believe it. I would have thought Ded would've contacted them and pointed out the mistakes.

Yes, the system is all wrong, we get all the Euro trash, the criminals, and terrorists, and it's just so easy for them. There is a great unfair wrongness.

The guy says he can't go to her because of work commitments and a dodgy bowel. Yet he has already been to her. So why can he not be with her for the birth in Phils?

Seems to me that a soccer coach earns less than £22,400 a year ... when most of the the players he trains are probably raking-in megabucks.

    Maybe it's because he's freelance ... ... who knows?

Maybe a way of him to do this would be first get his wife over on a spouse visa at £18600, then either pay himself more or put in some extra hours freelancing, and then send for his Step child at a later date, when he has the required income level.

Why is it that these regulations always seem to hit the genuine cases, and the fraudsters and crooks always seem to find a way around them anyway.

That's what some people on here have had to do. I don't think it mentions anywhere what his income is, we just know it's less than £22,400, so it could be more than £18k6

Can someone run a business and survive on less than £18k6 a year

His house is worth £350,000 and it looks like he's selling it and using cash in the bank to get her and her child here.

Hellish he has to do that, though in order to bring his lawfully-wedded wife to the land of his birth - and to which (at 46) he's presumably contributed towards its upkeep in tax for the past 30 years - while those toerags Harry mentions are provided with free daily board & lodging courtesy of one or other of the State-owned 'Holiday Camps', get released then promptly go out and re-offend ... and, of course, foreign criminals cannot be kicked out because it would be a breach of their human rights to send them packing.

This country's a joke thanks to the bunch of smarmy spineless retards in Westminster.

    Feel sorry for the guy.

Maybe he should have told his accountant of his marriage plans before he declared what he earned

Earns less than £22,400 a year
    Has £20,000 in savings
    £350,000 house
Has 3 employees earning more than him at between £16 and £25 an hour

Is due a visit from HMRC shortly

The father-to-be said: "I'm trying to save every penny and a plane ticket costs about £1,400, I've got no choice, and I'm not saying that lightly.

"I'll have to sell my house in order to bring my wife and son to the UK."

He confirmed he put his house up for sale this morning, adding: "I'm probably going to have to sell my personal possessions off."

If he fails to raise the funds he says he will be forced to find another job which pays more than £22,400.
