    FLR(M) application.....need help please

Hello good day. I will apply for my FLR(M) soon and I am confused with some of the questions and need some help with them please.

I arrived here on spouse visa on September 26, 2012 and my visa is valid till May 15, 2015. Am I correct that the earliest date I can apply is February 27?

2.2 Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in one of the above categories (including previous leave granted as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner) with your current sponsor?

My answer is 'no'...and I ticked this.

First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a settled person, or following an initial period of entry clearance as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person - 6 months)

7.3 From the list below, please indicate the financial source(s) and the amount of income you and/or your sponsor wish to rely on to meet the financial requirement:

    Income from salaried employment
    Complete section 7.3A
    Current annual salary....

Is this annual salary for both of us?

Thank you so much for all the help

Unless someone will correct me on this.

For 2.2 If it's the first time you applied for extension, you should tick 'yes'.

7.3 If both of you are working, you might want to combine your annual salary as shown in latest P60.

    Hope this helps.

Latest payslips for the past 6 months.
Combined if both worked. Joint incomes count.

P60's are only issued in the month of May and show income for the previous year.
Means they'll be way out of date for UKVI
P60 issued in May 2014 shows income for April 2013 to April 2014

The earliest you can apply for FLR(M) is 28 days before your 30 month anniversary of living in UK

Yes Leen, premium service is really expensive but very well worth it if you can put the budget together IMHO

We wish you all the best. I'm sure there'll be no problems and a small celebration will be nice.
    Good luck
