I very much doubt you'll find being a caregiver a realistic route to work in UK

Finding work in UK is actually quite complicated and highly restricted.

Here's a UK government document about working in The UK which show which works segments are available.
It's the Tier 2 Shortage Occupation List – Government-approved version. Plrease do take time to review it
