    How time flies FLR(M) clarification!

Hi everyone just want to say how time flies and Jamie will be applying for FLR(M) this coming May.

I have covered most of what is required but just a couple of questions:

1.) I believe no letters of cohabitation is required for this stage in her immigration journey, please correct me if I'm wrong also:

2.) As our property is owned outright does a copy of the deeds have to be sent to UKVI as I previously did on her initial entry clearance into the UK.

    Advanced thanks for your input...

    Cheers Mark...

Letter of cohabitation is required. It's stated in the application form, page 59.

Have read that also but previous threads said only for ILR, I suppose as rules change all the time as Peter once said "Give them no reasons for refusal"

    Thanks Rayna...

Well the form is a one size fits all type. If the applicant is applying FLR(M) after a fiance(é) visa, then the 2 year requirement of cohabitation won't be applicable for him/her since fiance visa only lasts for 6 months. That's one reason why providing 6 letters of cohabitation isn't really required for them (although I did manage to send 4 or 5 letters that time and I would always advice to give them whatever proof you can provide). But since your wife arrived here on a spouse visa and applying the FLR(M) after 30 months of being here, then it's a requirement as she can easily provide those 6 letters of cohabitation.

    Mark, there's no mandatory requirement.
Depending upon other personal circumstances it may be used as supporting evidence on questions around maintenance etc
You'll certainly know if that's the case as you work through the application form.

    Good luck

    I'm a bit confused in this ..

An original certificate and/or other specified evidence showing that you have passed an acceptable English Language test provided by a test provider approved by the Home Office for this purpose. If you are not including this because you provided it with your previous successful application for leave with your partner in this category, or leave as a parent
I'm going to apply for FLR next month and I still don't know if I need to do the ELTS again.

, Rhaichard ... I've read your query BUT, because my wife (also Filipina) came to the UK prior to the introduction of ANY English Language Tests, I am unable to give you a definite answer.

However, rest assured that someone here who's had personal experience of the current format WILL be along shortly to offer guidance.

Yes, you need to get a new English test. TOEIC has been removed from the approved list since June last year. Check the new list here. https://www.gov.uk/government/public...language-tests
