General advice
My wife has only just been granted her spouse visa. She is currently in Manila, with our 2 year old daughter. My daughter has a British Passport which we gained for her while in Manila but has never left the Philippines. My question is, does my daughter need an exit clearance certificate to leave the Philippines with my wife whom will be travelling on her spouse visa or is my 2 year old daughter's British Passport enough to get her to UK without any other documentation?

I think it would be best for you to take a look at the Phils DSWD web site.
I'm pretty certain a minor with a Brit passport (accompanied by parent) does not need any additional clearances though.

Make sure your wife has the child's birth certificate handy, and her marriage cert, just in case Phils immigration ask to see them .
Once on the plane, there will be no probs at this end for a British passport holder of course, but both will have to queue up with the non-EU crowd because of your wife's passport.
